Attached is a license agreement—this agreement will allow you to teach the Conscious Parenting Course. Once this is signed and returned, You will receive an electronic copy of the course materials. The body of the course materials will come in a PDF format but the cover pages will come in an editable version so you may add your own business name and brand. 

Please print the License Agreement, fill it out and sign it, and then email back to Julie@BloomHolisticLife.com. You will receive a signed copy of the agreement along with your course materials!
