This course includes 5 live meetings every Friday beginning September 23rd and ending October 21st. Meetings will be held via Zoom at 12pm EST but no worries if you can't join live because our recorded meetings will be posted right here each week!
New motivational content including all new recipes will be added each week. I have posted a complete RESET food list, appliance recommendations, shopping list, and week 1 recipes to get you started!
Our first week will include a 7 day preparation so there's nothing you need to do before our first meeting. I'll be walking you through the entire 28 day program on September 23. If you want to get a head start, you can follow the prep guidelines posted here.
